main duty:

1. Responsible for human resources management, responsible for organizing and implementing relevant procedures and procedures for employee recruitment, entry, rectification, transfer, and resignation, and forming corresponding archives; assisting in handling labor relations and labor disputes;

2. Responsible for the maintenance of basic information of the human resources information system;

3. Responsible for compensation accounting, leave management, organization and implementation of performance appraisal management; responsible for employee social security, provident fund and other benefits;

5. Responsible for company employee training, formulate training plans, organize, track, and evaluate training implementation, establish and maintain company employee training and assessment records;

6. Prepare and improve team human resources management methods; be responsible for employee relationship management and team culture construction;

7. Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

 

job requirements:

2. College degree or above, major in human resource management and business administration;

3. Age 40 years old and below, more than three years of human resources management experience;

5. Strong communication skills, communication and coordination skills; good execution and independent learning ability; team spirit, professionalism, and ability to withstand stress;

6, have C2 and above driving qualifications, and can actually drive on the road;
